Ask for an invite, get help with the app, or tell us about a paper. A real person reads every message, usually within a couple of days.

Tell us a little about your family How old your children are and how you heard about us is plenty. Please don’t include your children’s names.

Quick answers

Delete your account. In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. Everything about your family is removed straight away.

A paper looks wrong. Tap Not quite right on the paper and tell us why. It makes a new one and learns from what you said.

The sign in code has not arrived. Check your junk folder, then tap New code after 30 seconds.

Printing. The paper is made for black and white on A4. Choose your printer once and the app remembers it.
